All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- Canada & Australia: 7 –14 business days
- UK & Europe: 7 –14 business days
- Rest of World: 10 – 21 business days

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD to supported countries. Orders below $100 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our Track Order page.
Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no product names, brand logos, or store names on the outside of the parcel. The return address label uses a generic business name for your complete privacy.
