Returns & Exchanges
At BikiniSexzy, we take pride in the quality and comfort of our lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all lingerie purchases are final and non-returnable, unless the item received is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@bikinisexzy.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

Your order number
A clear photograph of the defect or damage.
Once we verify the issue, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or a store credit.

Conditions for Replacement
The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
The original tags and packaging must be intact.
Items that have been washed, worn, or altered will not be eligible for replacement.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
